Blueberry Muffins


1/2 cup butter (soft)
1 1/4 cups of sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
2 cups of flour
2tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups of blueberries
1. Cream butter and sugar with mixer till fluffy
2. Add eggs and mix well.
3. Mix dry ingredients together.
4. Add dry to butter batter with milk (alternating)
5. Fold in blueberries.
6. Sprinkle with sugar before baking.
7. You can use a 13x9 pan.
8. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
