Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars


1 (12 ounce) package buterscotch-flavored morsels
1/3 cup margarine or butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped nuts
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened condensed milk (Not evaporated milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg

1. Preheat oven to 350o (325ofor a glass dish).
2. In a medium saucepan melt morsels and margarine; stir in crumbs and nuts.
3. Press half the mixture firmly onto bottom of greased 13 x 9- inch. Baking pan.
4. In large mixer bowl beat cheese until fluffy; beat in Eagle Brand, vanilla and egg. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan; top with remaing crumb mixture.
5. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature; chill before cutting into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
