Cauliflour Soup
2 tbs. Lemon juice in water
Boil florets (top) 3-4 minutes, then run cold water over them.
Sauté 1 tbs. Butter
1 cup leeks
˝ cup celery in pan.
Add chopped Cauliflower and 5 cups chicken broth.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Pure and return to pot.
Add ˝ cup of light cream to florets
