vegetable cooking spray
1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup water
1 envolope unflavored gelatin
2 cups skim milk
2 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding pudding and pie filling mix.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 (1 ounce0 squares semisweet chocolate, chopped
Coat bottom of an 8-inch springform pan with cooking spray; sprinkle with crubs, and set aside.
Place water in a custard cup. Sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand for 1 minute. Place cup in small saucepan. Pour water into saucepan to depth of 1/2 inch. Cook over low heat 2 minutes or until gelatin dissolves.
Place milk and cheese in container of an electric blender or food processor. Top with cover; process 2 minutes or until smooth. Gradually add gelatin mixture with processor runnning. Add pudding mix and vanilla; process until smooth. Add 1 ounce chocolate; stir well.
Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle mixture with remaining 1/2 ounce chocolate. Cover and chill 8 hours or until set. Yield: 10 servings (about 200 calories each)
