6 tbsp. Sugar divided
2 tbsp. And 2 tsp. Cornstarch
2/3 of 10oz package (1c.) Nestle Toll House Chocolate Morsels
1 ½ c. Milk
1c. Heavy Cream
One 9” Graham cracker crust
1. In heavy gauge saucepan, combine 4 tbsp. Sugar, cornstarch and Nestle Toll House Mint Flavored Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels.
2. Gradually stir in milk.
3. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until mixture boils.
4. Boil 1 minute. Transfer to large bowl, combine heavy cream and 2tbsp. Sugar; beat until stiff.
5. Beat chocolate mixture; fold in whipped cream.
6. Spoon into prepared crust.
7. Chill until firm (about 2-3 hours). Makes; one 9” Pie.
