1/4 lb margerine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 - 16 oz. can cranberries (whole)
1/2 cup nuts
1. Beat first 4 ingredients till smooth.
2. Blend with the sour cream
3. Mix and sift dry ingredients
4. Blend with first mixture.
5. Put 1/2 batter in Angel food pan.
6. Add 1/2 can cranberry, then rest of batter.
7. Put rest of cranberries on top.
8. Sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts on top.
9. Bake at 350 o- approx. 55 min. - cool
10. After it is cool Glaze- 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. almond flavor. !-2 tbsp. of water. Dribble over cooled cake.
