Ingredients
4 Potatoes
1 Onion
Pepper, Peprika, Parsley and oregano
1. Peel and Cut the 4 potatoes into bite sized squares.
2. Put the potatoes into a saucepan with water and let it boil until the potatoes are soft.
3. Drain
4. Take the Drain potatoes and put them back into the saucepan. Put the cover on the pan and shake it up and down a couple of times. (This will make the potatoes fluffy).
5. In another saucepan, brown onions with butter. Add the diced potatoes and brown them with Peprika,Parsley,Pepper and oregano to taste.
