¾ cup of olive oil
3 garlic cloves
1 onion
½ teaspoon finally chopped lemon peal
2-6 carrots cut in 2-inch thin strips
1-3 medium zuzzini 2 inch strips
1-3 medium red pepper or green strips
1-1/2 lb. Cleaned medium shrimp
OR:
¾ lb. Cleaned medium Shrimp
¾ lb. Sea Scallops
2 tbs. Lemon juice
¾ teaspoon salt (optional)
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tbs. Torn fresh basil or 2tsb. Dried
2tbs. Torn statiar parsley
Substitute broccoli for another vegetable! (optional)
1. Put all of the vegetables in Skillet-cook for 5 minutes and then mix.
2. Then add your seafood (and Broccoli) cook for another 7-8 min. Until the shrimp are nice and pink.
3. Pour over spaghetti
