French Meat Pie


2 crusts
1lb. Very lean pork or beef
1 small onion chopped
(either 2 small potatoes or potato buds for thickening)
½ tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
salt and pepper (optional)

1. Cook all but potato buds together real well.
2. Taste before adding buds for seasoning. Put into crusts and bake at 350o or 375o.
3. Add milk on crust for 35-40 minutes.
