1 large clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon marjoram
dash or tabasco
1 cup fine bread crumbs
1/2 cup shrerry
3 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined chopped parsley (optional) Lemon wedges
Fresh sprgs of parsley for garnish
1. Combine garlic, butter, salt, tarragon, marioram and Tabasco; cream together.
2. Add bread crumbs and sherry and toss untill well-blended.
3. Add shrimp and toss until shrimp are lightly coated with crumb mixture.
4. Divide shrimp among separate baking dishes, and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
5. Bake 400 for 20 to 25 minutes.
6. Lightly squeeze lemon wedges over shrimp, if desired and serve with additional lemon wedges. Garnish with sprigs of fresh parsely.
