1 lb.Ground beef
1/3 cup minced onion
1/4 cup milk
1 teas. Snipped parsley
1/8 teas. pepper
1/4 teas. crisco (or oil)
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 teas. salt 1 teas.wor. sauce
1 bottle chilly sauce(12 G.)
1 jar grape jelly (10 oz.)
1. mix ground beef, bread cumbs, onion, milk, egg, next four ingredients.
2. Gently form into 1 inch meat balls.
3. Melt shortning in lg. Skillet.
4. Brown and remove meatballs from skillet. Pur off fat. Heat chilly & jelly in skillet.
5. Stir constantly until jelly is melted, add meatballs, stir thoroghly, gently until coated.
6. Leave simmer uncovered for 30 min.
